l Controls flow of cash into and out of the Outlet and prepares the daily deposit in a timely and accurate manner:
l Generate bill/invoice, Maintaining all billing & collection records.
l Issues safety deposit box keys as needed:
l Handle cash payments, credit/debit card payments, cheque Payments, online payments.

l Check all the documents like – valid photo id proof, passport size photograph and Club ITC Culinaire membership form (all the information is correct or not).
l Getting the membership card printed.
l Getting cards through runner and Tag all the cards through (RFID) Radio Frequency Identification.
l Ensure kit of the card is properly prepared which includes (membership card, vouchers, and a booklet).
l Dispatch the kit to the guest.
l Call the guest for the confirmation of receipt of kit.
l Continuously take the follow up of guests, to provide the best services as the profile of the guests is like – CEOs senior corporate managers, cricketers etc.
l Maintain database of the guests.
