My job as Producer involves client servicing and relationship management from the pitch process to delivery and post event evaluation. I have carried out consecutive Incentive events across EMEA, AMS and APJ for Micro Focus, retail exhibitions for Hewlett Packard and have strategically managed the HP / Renault sponsorship and hospitality programme for Formula E.
My role includes full pre-production and on-site event delivery and central client contact. Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and creative messaging is clearly communicated. Sourcing, liaising and negotiating with suppliers and venues internationally. Overseeing event microsites and the use of registration software (Cvent) to manage delegate invitation, communication and feedback.

Senior Project Manager at IVORY Worldwide Dubai
I joined IVORY Worldwide Dubai as a project Co-ordinator, I was promoted to project manager within 6 months, then to Senior Project Manager in 2016.
I managed highly creative yet logistically challenging prestigious hospitality events with royalty attendance, exhibitions, public celebrations, conferences, forums and corporate parties. These events were executed across the Middle East and the USA for clients including Falcon and Associates, UAE royalty, DP World, Hewlett Packard, First Gulf Bank, Dubai Holding and Dubai Fashion Council.
My role involved working closely with the creative team to materialise designs and ideas within budget. I regularly sourced, briefed, negotiated, contracted and then managed suppliers varying from set build to entertainment and styling suppliers. I prepared and held regular client meetings in the production phase followed by de-brief meetings including post event summary documentation. I worked to develop tenders for new clients and then pitched to clients with my managing director.

Goose is a Communications Agency delivering events worldwide. During my employment at Goose I supported several high-profile accounts including Bentley, Unilever, Bacardi, Syngenta, Silverstone Classic, Royal Automobile Club, Regent Street Motor Show and Costa Coffee.
Projects varied from media launches up to four weeks long, highly publicised award ceremonies, corporate conferences, racing events and public festivals for more than 90,0000 attendees. My job roles included pre-production and on-site coordination of suppliers, logistics, print and celebrity management. Delegate communication, registration and management including flight and accommodation booking.

Working closely with the client to create their vision and implement their ideas. Responsibilities included overseeing the running of the event, organising and training staff, delegating roles and ensuring all guests received excellent service.
